Cheyenne, Wyo. - An East High School student was hit by a car Thursday morning while riding a bicycle.

It happened at 7:40 a.m. at the intersection of Pershing Boulevard and Windmill Road, which is just in front of the school.

Emergency responders transported thr student for medical care. As of 9:15 a.m., there's no word on the student's condition.

We reached out to Laramie County School District 1 to learn more, but they tell us they do not have any further information to share.
