They say that dogs are man's best friend, but for the Cheyenne Police Department's K-9 unit, dogs could mean safety for the officers and justice for the public.   

The Cheyenne Police Department is having a bitter sweet day. They are retiring three of their four dogs in their K-9 unit.Â
